Easy access, Friendly and Polite people every time when you contact them. This storage is gated and affordable and local. I have never had a problem or any issues with them.

Hi my name is Kelly and I have had my things at east side storage for 7 months they have worked with me when I couldn’t make a payment they are open 24/7 I can go in to my unit anytime of day or night and it’s not far out of town it’s really just the perfect place.

I thought I would have a hard time (no website, everything is done on the phone), however, this is a company that knows the value of the person who answers that phone. She was so sweet and helpful, clear and coherent, and did not mind me having to call back a couple of times. Instructions were easy to follow. Once I got to the location, I was done with signing via email and done putting things in my unit within 25 minutes. Great location, easy access with a half-moon driveway that was very useful for me when I realized I was going to have to turn my car around. I will keep this unit for a while.
